COOKING WITH FINLANDIA PICTURES - JULY 13




The Finnish-American Chamber of Commerce Midwest joined Finlandia, and Brown-Forman for a wonderful event, Cooking with Finlandia, at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park on Tuesday, July 13th. Sara La Fountain, Finnish/American Chef Extraordinaire and Pekka Pellinen, Finlandia's Global Brand Champion, and world-renouned bartender, entertained a group which included 26 members and friends of the FACC-Midwest.

The FACC-Midwest, would like to thank Sara and Pekka for their passion and energy for their art of cooking and drink making. Additionally, the FACC-Midwest would also like to thank long time Illinois-based supporters of the FACC-Midwest from Brown-Forman/Finlandia: Rhiannon McCollum, Maribel Graham and Nicole Metropulos and the rest of their global team.

Finlandia is produced from all natural glacial spring water in Ilmajoki, Finland. Finlandia Vodka is the only vodka in the world produced without a need for compex purification processes.

The FACC-Midwest also wishes Brown-Forman and Finlandia and happy 40th anniversary and best of luck with their Sustainability 2010 initiative.
